Drawings and money introduced
How money you take out and put in is kept apart from the trading result.
As a sole trader, the business and you are the same legal person. Paying yourself is called drawings. It reduces the cash in the business but does not reduce the trading result.
Putting your own money in is money introduced. It increases cash but is not income. Struxra keeps both apart from trading so the trading result is easier to read.
In Struxra
Drawings and money introduced appear under owner money, kept out of the trading result. Possible personal spending is raised as a question until you confirm what it was. Your accountant confirms the final treatment.
